Key Functions

Strategic Planning

Develop and monitor the university's strategic plan and annual work plans.

M&E

Manage the Monitoring and Evaluation framework to track performance against targets.

Physical Development

Coordinate construction, renovation, and maintenance of campus infrastructure.

Resource Mobilisation

Identify and pursue funding opportunities from donors, government, and industry.

Data Management

Maintain institutional data and produce periodic statistical reports for decision-making.

Partnerships

Develop strategic partnerships with development agencies and funding bodies.
